French dessert chef Cyrille Courant dedicates to promote the beauty of éclairs.

Nº3 vanilla cream, caramelized salted macadamia nuts
Nº4 Salted butter caramel cream
Nº7 Lemon cream
Nº9 chestnut cream, cassis
Nº10 caramelized hazelnut cream

Sweet and salty layering up Well balanced and delightful

Not too heavy chestnut filling
Excellent proportion between éclair puff and filling
Just wondering where the cassis is
It popped up like fireworks

Four small puff balls with not boring fillings
Familiar nutella-like taste
With sparking sugary sweet
And completed by gentle bitterness hint of the caramel

1789 cafe is undoubtedly delicious
The famous quote from Marie Antoinette should be modified to
Let them eat éclair
It is about time to visit 1789 again
